Hi Corrina! Thanks for the comment! My lighting set up is suuuuper easy. My main light is a large octa. softbox. I put it directly behind me, to my left or right, and as close to the model as possible. It's the closeness and large light source that create the soft light. If I have a white backdrop I light the back drop to get the high key look, if it's dark I try to pull my main light back or use a smaller light to give more direction. I hope that helps! Stay in touch! Your work looks great!
Thanks Corrina! I ran into your blog either thru Omi, or someone from Omi's site. I love your work, and I think you were at the WPPI. I'm in the process of building a new website that should be done by the end of the week. We just changed hosting companies so we had to start over. Thanks for the the compliment and for stopping by my blog! I'll be sure to visit yours often! I'm a new fan!
Hi Corrina, thanks for stoppin by again. I do use a lot of actions in Photoshop. I used to do it all manually, but actions are so much more convenient. There are some great ones on this website... http://www.gettotallyrad.com/#rockin-photoshop-actions-7a1d9.
I don't use all the actions there, but the set I use the most are in "The Revenge". I don't use them all. There are alot of great actions in there that help you pop your colors. Let me know if you have any other questions!
